A self-motivated entrepreneur who has successfully turned the company from zero to success story. Having more than 25 years of expertise in both manufacturing and international trading industries. Established history demonstrating successful management of the entire manufacturing process, enhancing efficiency in supply chain operations, and facilitating international trade transactions. 

Nik Norham is proficient in establishing and sustaining robust connections with international associates, guaranteeing seamless cooperation across borders. Experienced in recognizing and seizing market trends in order to stimulate business expansion and increase profitability. As of today, he owns manufacturing house for health and beauty OEM product, director and shareholder to a few established companies. 

Norsyahrin Hamidon

Encik Norsyahrin Bin Hamidon, born in Muar, Johor, is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and an active member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants. He is also a member of Association of Malay Chartered Accountant Firms and has obtained Tax Agent Licence for Goods and Services Tax (GST) from Ministry of Finance in 2014. Besides that, he is a registered member of ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA). Started his professional accountancy practice with the Kumpulan FIMA Berhad, responsible for the internal audit of the group both domestically and FIMA’s international subsidiary in Papua New Guinea. Then, he went on to start his own private practice in 2003, Syahrin & Co (Chartered Accountants) and today, has a broad range of clienteles from various industries with a portfolio of small to multimillion-ringgit companies.

His wide spectrum comprehension of accounting and financial matters has appointed him as one of the members of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) with the consent of KDYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah on 20 January 2022. As a member, he is responsible in investigating Lembaga Tabung Haji’s (TH) management and operational issues from 2014 to 2020.

Recently, in Malaysia Industry Personalities & Entrepreneurs Awards 2023 organized by Niaga Times which is to acknowledge the efforts of local entrepreneurs and SMEs, Norsyahrin was awarded with Business Personality Award. The award was presented by the Deputy Minister of Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives, YB Senator Saraswathy Kandasamy. Backed with years of experience, he has acclaimed his Directorship appointments in public listed company, private limited companies, Cooperatives, and NGO’s.
Norsyahrin is the Co-Chair of Technical Working Group – Business Insolvency (TWGBI) under Special Task Force to Facilitate Business (PEMUDAH) which is co-chaired by the Minister of Economy, YB Rafizi Ramli, Chief Secretary to the Government of Malaysia, Tan Sri Dato' Seri Mohd Zuki Ali, and Advisor of Federation of Malaysian Business Associations (FMBA), Datuk Wira (Dr.) Hj. Ameer Ali Mydin. Other than that, he was appointed as the Chairman of Investment Committee Kumpulan Modal Perdana, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ministry of Finance (MoF) Malaysia, and a member of the Audit Committee of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). At present, he is an Vice President of National Chamber of Commerce & Industry Malaysia (NCCIM), President of Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (DPMM), Advisor of Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (DPMM) Putrajaya, and one of the Investment Panel Member of the Social Security Organization (PERKESO).

Previously, he was the Deputy President of Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Malaysia (2020-2023). He had served as the one of the Board of Directors of MARA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (2021-2022), the Chairman of Board’s Finance and Audit Committee (2021-2022), a Committee Member of the Board's Investment Committee (2022) and Board's Corporate Governance Committee (2022) of MARA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. Furthermore, he was also the Chairman of Investment Committee and Board of Director of Pelaburan MARA Berhad (2021-2022), Chairman of Budget Committee of International Centre for Waqf Research (ICWR) (2014-2016), Director of Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDF) (2016-2018), member of Putrajaya Business Development Advisory Committee (Perbadanan Putrajaya) (2018), and a member of Majlis Pakar Rujuk Indeks Gerakan Koperasi Malaysia (SKMM) (2018). Prior to that he served as the Independent Non-Executive Director of Malaysia Pacific Corporation Berhad (2012-2014) as well as an Audit and Risk Management Committee Member and Nominating & Remuneration Committee Member of the said Public Listed Company.

Azrul Ezulhisham Bistamam

Azrul Ezulhisham Bin Bistamam, a dynamic leader with a wealth of experience, currently stands as the Director of AE Setia Sdn Bhd, an esteemed company specializing in M&E and civil engineering works. At the age of 41, Azrul's journey reflects a commitment to excellence and a diverse skill set. Azrul holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, showcasing his dedication to academic excellence. His foundation in Quantity Surveying from IUCTT has provided a solid understanding of the technical aspects crucial to his field.

Under Azrul's adept leadership, AE Setia Sdn Bhd has carved a niche in various specialized areas. The company takes pride in its extensive maintenance work under TNB Distribution, covering states such as Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, and Selangor. Notably, AE Setia manages TNB Genco civil work maintenance at significant locations, including Empangan Jor, Empangan Kuala Woh, and Sultan Abu Bakar.
 
The company has secured crucial contracts with TNB, extending until December 31, 2025. Azrul's strategic vision extends to overseeing maintenance work for all KL BSN branches and parts of Selangor, particularly in Lembah Pantai, focusing on electrical works. Additionally, AE Setia proudly serves as a trusted vendor for UEM Edgenta, contributing expertise in slope and road works maintenance. Drawing from his diverse background, Azrul’s professional journey encompasses past roles, including his tenure at AE Marketing Services Sdn Bhd, where he excelled in advertising and marketing. Furthermore, his experience at MN Associates Sdn Bhd, a firm specializing in property valuation, management, investment, and project management, solidifies his comprehensive understanding of the industry. Beyond his corporate engagements, Azrul serves as the Honorary Treasurer of Malay Chamber of Commerce (DPMM) Putrajaya showcasing his commitment to community and professional development.


Azrul Ezulhisham Bin Bistamam's biography is a testament to his multifaceted expertise, blending academic acumen, diverse professional experience, and a strong commitment to community service. As the Director of AE Setia Sdn Bhd, he continues to steer the company towards new heights of success in the realms of M&E and civil engineering works.

Captain Mohd Zailani Abdul Razak

Captain Mohd Zailani bin Abdul Razak, is both an experienced mariner and passionate maritime industry practitioner. He graduated from the Maritime Academy of Malaysia with the highest qualification of Class 1 Certificate of Competency which carries the title as Master Mariner. In his pursue of knowledge, he attended the National University of Singapore (Business School Executive Course). He was also awarded marine industry professional certifications by OMCIF which allows him to become an OVID oil and gas vessel inspector.  

He started his love for the sea as a seafarer onboard LNG, LPG and other types of vessel. He then chartered his shore-based career with Brunei Shell and Petronas Maritime Services. His other shore based working experience includes big names in the marine industry including MISC Maritime Services, Hess Petroleum, Vestigo, Petrofac, EnQuest Petroleum, IPC (Lundin) and Sea Hibiscus. In these organization, he holds management position dealing on matters relating to port authority, mobile offshore units, control of movement of marine assets, HSE matters etc. 
 
His venture into business begins in 2010, when he founded Satumarin Sdn Bhd. His early success was securing the contract with Leighton Offshore for SBM maintenance work in Iraq. Under his leadership, Satumarin is now a successful contractor servicing both domestic and international based marine and offshore companies. The company clients and operation extend to Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore and UAE. He is personally recognized and acknowledge as a learned maritime practitioner by key oil and gas companies such as Shell International, EQ Petroleum, Sea Hibiscus, Brunei Shell Petroleum, IRAQ South Oil Corporation, Hengyi (B) Pulau Mutiara Besar Terminal etc where he had been appointed as their Marine Technical and Contract Specialist.
As his passion is doing business, besides marine, he is involved in other wide range businesses and involved and co-founded many start-up companies. Capt Zak, as he is fondly known, also spend many hours in various social and charitable works especially NGO’s activity.
